THEO Robinson could still be with Southend United next season.
The striker ended the previous campaign on loan at League Two side Swindon Town, scoring seven goals in 16 games.
But Shrimpers boss Kevin Bond has now met Robinson for talks and has not ruled out the 30-year-old remaining at Roots Hall.
“I’ve met with Theo, we had a good, long chat about everything and he’s still our player,” said Bond.
“He’s no more likely to leave than anyone else at this stage.
“I’m looking forward to seeing him back here for pre-season.”
Robinson returned to the Shrimpers in January 2017 - after an earlier loan spell in 2009 - and has scored 13 goals in 79 appearances.
