Popular - the Southend 10k
THE popular Southend 10k takes place on Sunday, with 1,900 runners already signed up to take part.
Organisers are hopeful the event, which is being held for the 35th time, will be the biggest for ‘quite a few years’.
The main race gets underway at 10am before a children’s 3k starts.
