SOUTHEND United manager Sol Campbell feels top goalscorer Stephen Humphrys could be sidelined for up to a month with a thigh problem.

Humphrys missed Saturday's 1-0 defeat at Sunderland.

And Campbell will be missing the striker for the next few weeks.

"Humps is maybe three or four weeks away," said Campbell

"He’s a got a grade two tear in his thigh.

"He had it a couple of weeks ago and it’s reoccurred but hopefully because he’s a young, strong lad he will be back as soon as possible.

Campbell also revealed defender Rob Kiernan did not feature at Sunderland because he had a migraine.
