SOL Campbell insists Southend United must stick together if they are to be in with a chance of staying up.
The Shrimpers remain eight points from safety after winning just one of their opening 17 League One games.
And Campbell has called for unity as he bids to turn things around.
“We have to make sure we’re all in it together mucking in, with everyone fighting and playing some good football,” said Campbell.
“That’s the frame of mind I want and whatever happens after that happens.
“We have to try things and I don’t mind the guys making mistakes if they’re trying to do the right things because we’ll get better next time.”
