ROCHFORD Hundred’s director of rugby Chris Green is demanding a reaction from his side when they head to Dorking tomorrow.

Rochford suffered a shock 27-26 defeat to CS Stags 1863 at Magnolia Road last weekend.

But Green wants the setback to spring Hundred back into life.

“Maybe the defeat last weekend could be a blessing in disguise but we have to see a reaction tomorrow because this will be one of the hardest games of the season,” said Green.

“Dorking are in good form and ran Wimbledon, who are top, close not so long ago so we will have to be at our best to win.

“I’m expecting Dorking to be at their best and we will be going right back to basics to get everything right.

"We lost to Wimbledon after scoring five tries but Saturday was the first defeat to really sting us so we need a reaction now."

Rochford go into the game sitting in third place in the London & SE Premier Division standings.
