SOUTHEND United manager Sol Campbell has clamped down on what the Shrimpers squad eat at the Boots & Laces training ground.

Campbell is looking to try and keep Blues in League One.

And he chosen to stop ketchup being served. 

“The food side of things was a little bit loose so we’ve changed that at the training ground,” said Campbell.

“We’ve stopped the ketchup but obviously we can’t control what the players eat in their own time.”
