SOUTHEND United defender Nathan Ralph suffered a serious looking shoulder injury towards the end of tonight’s 1-1 draw at Burton Albion.
The left-back was still having treatment long after the final whistle at the Pirelli Stadium.
But Blues boss Sol Campbell does not yet know the extent of the injury.
“We think it’s Nathan shoulder,” said Campbell.
“But I haven’t seen him yet and I’m waiting to speak to the docs.”
However, Ralph was not the only Blues player to pick up an injury during the draw.
“Macca (Stephen McLaughlin) got a knock and he was groggy so he had to come off,” said Campbell.
“Brandon (Goodship) suffered a groin problem too.”
