THIS Essex Senior Cup derby was decided by a goal in each half.
It was a meeting of familiar faces as both sides have players who have worn each other's shirts, including Rocks' Wes Faulkner and Bradley Stevens and it was another borough old stager, Steve West, who broke the deadlock with the opening goal a minute into first half stoppage time.
The deciding goal came on 67 minutes from Akwasi Edusei, putting Rocks into today's draw for the knock-out stages.
