Moving on - Rob Kiernan has left Southend United
SOUTHEND United have confirmed defender Rob Kiernan has left the club after having his contract cancelled by mutual consent.
Kiernan - who was also on loan with Blues in 2013 - returned to Roots Hall on a permanent basis in 2017.
In total, Kiernan made 50 appearances for the Shrimpers, scoring two goals.
The 29-year-old is now expected to sign for Orange County FC in America.
