SOUTHEND Manor will be looking to bounce back from a humbling defeat when they visit West Essex tomorrow.

Manor are set to return to action for the first time since being on the wrong side of a 6-1 thumping at the hands of Stansted.

Despite going in at the break all-square, Craig Waters’ side conceded five second half goals to suffer a chastening loss to the Essex Senior League high-flyers.

Manor will be looking to get back on track at 11th-placed West Essex, who also conceded six at Hadley in midweek.

And Manor, who are 16th in the standings, will be looking to climb the table with three points.
