TERRELL Egbri remains determined to finish the season on a high with Southend United.
The 18-year-old winger has started the last four matches for the Shrimpers, all of which have ended in defeat.
But Egbri is eager to help Blues bag a rare win when they head to play-off pushing Oxford United tomorrow.
“We have to keep moving forward,” said Egbri.
“It’s hard when the results don’t go our way but it’s all about learning to improve for the next game.
“As a team we have to just keep working hard and try to get some points on the weekend and until the end of the season as well.
“I’m hoping I can just remain positive, keep learning on and off the pitch and stay within the senior team.”
