SWANSEA City have tabled an offer for Southend United striker Charlie Kelman.
The highly-rated 18-year-old top scored for the Shrimpers with seven goals last season.
And he has now attracted interest from the Swans.
The size of the bid is not yet known but Blues opted to reject an offer from Tottenham Hotspur for the striker last season.
Swansea, who reached the Championship play-offs last term, have a link with MLS side DC United.
And if Kelman does get snapped up by the Swans it is believed he will be heading to the American outfit on loan.
Kelman was with FC Dallas in his youth having grown up in America and has also represented USA at under 18 and under 20 level.
