SOUTHEND United have rejected an offer for Charlie Kelman from Queens Park Rangers, Echosport understands.
The 18-year-old forward has scored eight goals in 35 games for Blues.
But the Shrimpers have opted to turn down the latest offer for the striker.
Tottenham Hotspur and Swansea City have also had bids for rejected for the youngster in recent months.
