QUEENS Park Rangers have tabled an improved offer for Southend United striker Charlie Kelman, Echosport understands.
The Championship club saw their first bid for the 18-year-old forward rejected by Blues last week.
But QPR have now returned with a larger offer.
Kelman, who came through the youth ranks at Roots Hall, has been left out of the Shrimpers squad for the past two matches.
