SOUTHEND United have rejected a second offer from Queens Park Rangers for striker Charlie Kelman.
The Championship club saw their first bid turned down by the Shrimpers last week.
And Echosport understands an improved offer has now also been rejected by Blues.
Kelman, who has not featured in Southend's last two games, has scored six goals in 35 games since working his way through the youth ranks at Roots Hall.
