Moving on - Charlie Kelman has joined QPR from Southend United
SOUTHEND United boss Mark Molesley feels himself Charlie Kelman has secured himself a 'fantastic move' to Queens Park Rangers.
The 18-year-old striker completed a switch to the Championship club earlier this week.
And Molesley feels the move shows just how well Blues bring through young players.
"The situation was there for a while and Charlie has secured himself a fantastic move," said Molesley.
"It goes to show what a fantastic breeding ground this football club is for young talent.
"He’s got a really good move for himself and it gives someone else an opportunity to stake a claim now too."
