MARK Molesley admits he is under pressure at Southend United.
The former Weymouth boss, who saw his side beaten by 2-0 against Port Vale this afternoon, has yet to win at Blues boss in 13 attempts.
But Molesley insists he will keep working hard to turn things around.
"There’s pressure every day in life and everyone is feeling under pressure at the moment in football and the world as a whole," said Molesley.
"We’re going to have to deal with it and stand up and be counted.
"We have to keep working hard and we will have to get over this quickly, go to Bradford and show some fighting spirit."
