Another frustrated Southend United fan has their say....

I THINK there is a clue in the title as to what is wrong with Southend United and that word is “united”. They are certainly not.

They run about the pitch like a bunch of Sunday morning players at a local park. There needs to be more co-ordination. At the present there is none, and the person to blame for that is Ron Martin.

All our best players have been lost. To try and build a new team in a short time is impossible.

It takes time for players to know each other to an extent they can forecast each other’s moves.
