BARNET have announced the departure of former Southend United defender Bilel Mohsni.
The Frenchman, who has been tracked by Blues, joined the National League club at the start of December.
But the 33-year-old is now moving on, alongside midfielder Dean Parrett, after making just three appeances.
A club statement confirmed: "The club can today confirm that the registrations held for defender Bilel Mohsni and midfielder Dean Parrett have been released and they have left the club with immediate effect.
"Mohsni made three appearances in all competitions for the Bees, whilst Parrett featured on two occasions during a disrupted spell due to the pandemic.
"Both players were registered on a non-contract basis and their registrations have been cancelled as of today's date (8th Jan).
"Everyone at the club would like to thank both Bilel and Dean for their efforts, we wish them all the very best for the future."
Mohsni scored 18 goals in 80 appearances between 2010 and 2013 for the Shrimpers.
