TERRELL Egbri and Kyle Taylor both missed out on Southend United's 1-0 win against Barrow.
Winger Egbri, who had featured in every previous game for Blues this season, was unavailable after suffering a hamstring injury.
And Blues boss Mark Molesley was also unable to call upon the on loan Taylor as he continues to work his way back from coronavirus.
"KT wasn’t fit enough to train yesterday," explained Molesley.
"We will have him training again on Monday and build him up.
"Terrell had a slight hamstring strain at the back end of training this week.
"We were disappointed to miss him and it would have been good to his energy today or for him to come on.
"But the subs added to the energy to help us get the clean sheet and overall it was a good day.
