Staying put - Greg Halford looks set to remain with Southend United
GREG Halford looks set to stay with Southend United until the end of the season.
The versatile 36-year-old has scored once in five games since signing a short term deal with the Shrimpers in December.
But Blues boss Mark Molesley now expects Halford to remain at Roots Hall.
"We’ve hopefully tied that one up now," said Molesley.
"He will be with us until the end of the season and he should be available on Tuesday for us."
