SOUTHEND United manager Mark Molesley will make late decisions on both Elvis Bwomono and Greg Halford ahead of tomorrow's game with Bradford City but Alan McCormack looks set to miss out.

The trio all suffered injuries during Saturday's 1-0 defeat to Mansfield Town.

But Molesley is waiting to see if both Bwomono and Halford will able to recover in time.

"Elvis was touch and go for the game on Saturday," said Molesley.

"He managed 45 minutes and we’ve rested him down.

"We will evaluate that again and it will be a late call on him and for Greg Halford as well."

Bwomono went off with a back problem at half-time before Halford also had to be substituted after suffering a shoulder injury 17 minutes from time.

By then, McCormack had also been taken off with another calf problem and the Irishman is unlikely to take on the Bantams.

“I think Alan McCormack will struggle to make the game,” said Molesley.

“Macca has been walking around on it today so he’s a bit more comfortable but it’s too early to tell how bad it is just yet.

“We’re hoping it’s weeks rather than months but we will know more in the coming days.”
