DANNY Cowley and Neil Harris are both in the running to be the next Portsmouth manager.
The League One side are on the look-out for a new boss following the departure of Kenny Jackett and both Cowley and Harris are being considered.
Cowley, who previously taught at the FitzWimarc School in Rayleigh, has managed Concord Rangers, Braintree Town, Lincoln City and Huddersfield Town but has been out of work since moving on from the Terriers in July 2020.
Former Southend United striker Harris, has managed both Millwall and Cardiff, and is also being considered by the Fratton Park hierarchy.
Bookmakers have Cowley, who taught Harris’ son Cameron, as the 2/1 favourite for the role.
