That put the Shrimpers 19th out of the 24 teams currently in League Two.
Salford City spent the most after splashing out £137, 884 while Forest Green were second with £79, 372.
Barrow are bottom of the list having spent £13, 359.
Blues spent £126, 273 on agents between February 2019 and January 2020.
