SOUTHEND United manager Mark Molesley feels playing later than their relegation rivals will make little difference this weekend.
The Shrimpers take on Carlisle United on Saturday, a day after the rest of the struggling sides have been action.
But Molesley will be paying little attention to what happens elsewhere.
“We can’t take any notice of anyone else and have to focus on ourselves,” said Molesley.
“All we have to do is focus on training and preparing for the next game.
“We can’t get carried away by anything else and or any of the ifs, buts and maybes.
“We’ll leave all that to everyone else and we’ll focus on the process.
“We’ll look to prove the doubters wrong too.”
