SOUTHEND United have midfielder Timothee Dieng available at Morecambe on Tuesday night after the Frenchman completed a two match ban.

Dieng was suspended after 'misleading the officials' when winning a penalty for Blues at Scunthorpe United.

But Mark Molesley is pleased to have him available again against the Shrimps.

“It’s going to be great to have Tim Dieng back," said Molesley.

"He will have some fresh legs and energy.”

However, the Shrimpers could be missing eight players against Morecambe.

Left-back Nathan Ralph (cruciate ligaments), midfielder Lewis Gard (cruciate ligaments), defender Harry Lennon (knee), centre-back John White (arm) and striker Nile Ranger (groin) are all still out along with left-back Sam Hart who completes a three match suspension.

Midfielders James Olayinka (groin) and Alan McCormack (calf) are also doubtful.
