SOUTHEND United manager Phil Brown has made three changes to his starting line-up for this afternoon's clash at Exeter City with Louis Walsh the most surprising selection.
The winger has made just two substitute appearances since signing for the Shrimpers, with the last of those coming at Port Vale in January.
But the 20-year-old has now been handed his first start.
John White and Simeon Akinola have also been brought back into the team with Tyler Cordner, Greg Halford both dropping out along with the injured Timothee Dieng.
Southend United: Oxley, Bwomono, Hobson, Akinola, Clifford, Hackett-Fairchild, Demetriou, Walsh, Holmes, Ferguson, White
Subs: Seaden, McCormack, Cordner, Olayinka, Goodship, Halford & Hart
