Bolstering his squad - Southend United manager Phil Brown is close to making two signings
SOUTHEND United are close to completing their first two signings of the summer.
The two players are still involved in their respective side’s seasons at this stage meaning the deals cannot officially be announced.
But Echosport understands the deals, for a midfielder and a striker, are now done.
