Moved elsewhere - striker Jake Hyde has opted to join Wrexham from Halifax Town
SOUTHEND United have missed out on a move for striker Jake Hyde.
Blues were interested in bringing the 31-year-old forward to Roots Hall from Halifax Town.
But Hyde, who netted 12 goals in the National League last term, has opted to join Wrexham.
The Red Dragons are among the favourites for promotion from the National League next season.
