GOALKEEPERS Steve Arnold and Emmanuel Idem will not feature for Southend United at Great Wakering Rovers on Tuesday night after testing positive for coronavirus.
Arnold joined Blues earlier this summer while Idem is on trial with the Shrimpers after leaving Derby County.
But boss Phil Brown will be without both shot-stoppers at Burroughs Park.
“Steve Arnold has got Covid so he can’t play and he won’t be out of isolation until Wednesday this week,” said Brown.
“You won’t see him until we play West Ham or Maidstone.
"Emmanuel also tested positive."
