SOUTHEND United goalkeeper Steve Arnold has been forced onto the sidelines with a dislocated finger and misses this afternoon’s clash at Halifax Town.
Arnold has been in fine form for the Shrimpers so far this season but has been replaced between the sticks for today’s clash at the Shay by Harry Seaden.
However, the rest of the starting line-up remains unchanged with Nathan Ralph fit to play despite suffering concussion against Wrexham last weekend.
Young goalkeeper Collin Andeng-Ndi has been selected on the bench after signing his first professional contract with the Shrimpers.
Southend United: Seaden, Demetriou, White, Coulson, Ralph, Bridge, Ferguson, Dunne, Phillips, Dalby, Murphy
Subs: Andeng Ndi, Hobson, Egbri, Atkinson & Dennis.
