BOWERS and Pitsea face their FA Cup third qualifying round replay tonight, as they clash with Hornchurch at the Hornchurch Stadium, reports Leon Imber.

The two sides drew 2-2 on Saturday, Bowers moved in to a two goal lead before half time, Bradley Sach and an own goal putting Rob Small’s men in the driving seat.

Bowers did well to keep their lead in tact for the vast majority of the match, but their advantage was cut in half on 83 minutes as a James White own goal and a 90th minute strike by Oliver Muldoon levelled the game, forcing the replay.

The victors of tonight’s affair will face former Southend United boss Mark Molesley’s Aldershot Town, a tough test for tonight’s winners as they have to face fifth tier opposition.
