Big win - Hashtag United beat Southend United 17-0 in the FA Cup
SOUTHEND United ladies side suffered a 17-0 defeat at Hashtag United in the first round of the Women's FA Cup this afternoon.
The Shrimpers made it through the qualifying rounds for the first time ever but found it tough going against a strong Hashtag side at Canvey Island's Park Lane ground.
Hashtag led 8-0 at the break and continued to pose problems in the second half with both Malika Apindia and Amy-Leigh Abrehart both scoring four goals.
