SOUTHEND United winger Louis Walsh is working closely with Blues' assistant head coach Darren Currie to help him find his best form.
Currie played out wide during his own career which included spells with Barnet, Ipswich Town and Wycombe Wanderers.
And he is now using that experience to help Walsh.
"He's on me every day," said Walsh.
"He was a winger himself so he understands the position.
"For me it’s about doing it every game and being a lot more switched on.
"I believe I have the ability but I just have to focus and really knuckle down."
Walsh returned to the Shrimpers' starting line-up at Grimsby Town on Friday night and has made 11 appearances since joining the club in December 2020.
