SOUTHEND United match’s with Yeovil Town will now take place on Tuesday January 11, kicking off at 7.45pm.

The match had originally been due to take place next weekend but had to be postponed due to the Glovers’ involvement in the second round of the FA Cup.

The game, which is taking place at Roots Hall, has been designated as a ‘Match for Mind’ and will be raising awareness of mental health issues.

A group of fans will also be walking from Chelmsford to the game, the area covered by SECE Mind, carrying the match ball.
