GREAT Wakering Rovers completed an impressive comeback as they fought from two behind to earn a 2-2 draw at home against Bury Town in the Isthmian North.

The visitors worked their way into a two goal lead by the 22nd minute, Ryan Jolland and Taylor Hastings on the scoresheet.

Glenn Robson has made an impressive start as new Rovers boss, and his side showed great character to come back fighting in the second half.

Nathan Fuma struck in the 56th minute to reduce the arrears, and Sonny Dutton’s goal eight minutes from time ensured Robson’s side a share of the spoils.

The solitary point took Rovers to 17th in the league table.
