SOUTHEND United midfielder Abu Ogogo has been ruled out for at least a month due to heart problem.
The 32-year-old has been restricted to six appearances so far this season.
And Blues boss Kevin Maher will now be without Ogogo for another four weeks.
“Abs initially had a dead leg and he got another knock on that but since then he’s reported a few problems with his chest,” said Maher.
“He went for a check up at hospital last week and he’s out for a period now, probably about a month or so.
“He needs rest and medication as there’s inflammation around the heart muscle.
“That’s without going into too much detail but we hope everything is OK with him and he’s having a period of rest.”
