Moving on - Zak Brunt has decided to join Notts County on loan for the rest of the season
ZAK Brunt looks set to join Notts County on loan for the rest of the season after opting against staying with Southend United.
The attacking midfielder made 10 appearances while with Blues from Sheffield United but has now opted to join the Magpies, who are sixth in the National League, for the remainder of the season.
The Shrimpers have this afternoon confirmed Brunt has returned to his parent club but it is understood Kevin Maher is already close to bringing in another attacking midfielder.
