NATIONAL League South’s bottom side Billericay Town host table-topping Maidstone United this Saturday, as Jody Brown’s side search for their first league win since October.

The hosts have picked up just three points from their last 11 matches in the sixth tier, a record which has seen them plummet to the bottom of the standings, two points from safety.

Meanwhile, the Stones have won each of their last eight matches in all competitions and will be the toughest test that the struggling Town could encounter.

Despite a strong start, Chris Search’s side have struggled for form in recent weeks, picking up just one win from their last seven matches.

And their opponents have also performed poorly recently, losing all of their last five fixtures.

The Beach Boys, who sit 12th, are just three points from the play-off places.

Elsewhere, in the Isthmian Premier, Bowers & Pitsea visit Wingate & MFinchley.

The hosts thrashed East Thurrock United 5-0 on Monday, and will be gunning for similar success against Essex opposition.

But Rob Small will be eager for his side to bounce back from their run of three consecutive defeats.

East Thurrock will host Worthing in their bid to arrest their poor run, in which they’ve tasted victory just once in their last six matches.

Hashtag United are back in action in the Isthmian North, they face a tough test against top side Aveley this weekend.

The Tags have won all of their last seven matches, and have risen to fifth in the standings.

But their opponents have enjoyed similar success, including a 7-0 victory in their last outing.

Third placed Canvey Island head to Romford, while Hullbridge Sports host Brentwood Town.

Elsewhere, Basildon United make the trip to face Steve Tilson’s Heybridge Swifts.

Lastly, Great Wakering Rovers do battle with Coggeshall Town at Burroughs Park.
