SOUTHEND United winger Jack Bridge looks set to feature in Tuesday's Premier League Cup clash with Colchester.

Bridge has been out since November due to a knee injury and coronavirus.

But Blues boss Kevin Maher confirmed Bridge would be back in action at Roots Hall tomorrow night.

“Bridgey has trained and there’s a game tomorrow night he will get minutes in,” said Maher.

“That will do him good and there are one or two more who might play to get minutes.”

The match kicks off at 7pm.
