BOWERS & Pitsea are offered the chance to move 12 points clear of the Isthmian Premier relegation zone as they make the trip to Folkestone Invicta on Tuesday night.

Bowers have suffered eight defeats in their last 10 matches, picking up just four points from their last available 30.

And Folkestone will prove another stern test, with he Kent side sitting fifth in the standings.

Despite Rob Small’s side sliding down to 20th, they still sit a comfortable nine points from East Thurrock United, who occupy the top relegation spot.

But, after Tuesday’s fixtures, the Rocks will have three games in hand on Bowers.

In opposition, the Seasiders could move up to third with victory, and will be confident of doing so having picked up 10 points from their last possible 15.
