SOUTHEND United defender John White has joined Wimborne Town on loan for the rest of the season.
White, who is Blues’ longest serving player having signed in 2013, has not featured for Kevin Maher’s side since Boxing Day.
And he will now spend the remainder of the campaign with the Southern League Premier South side.
Boss James Stokoe told the club’s website: “I’m really pleased to bring someone of John’s experience in on loan, he’s a great professional and will help our young squad out.
"We thank Southend for their support in getting the deal done and look forward to seeing him involved on Saturday.”
Wimborne are currently bottom of the table, with 15 points from 31 games so far this season.
