KACPER Lopata has thanked Southend United after finishing his loan spell with the Shrimpers.
The centre-back has been recalled by Sheffield United after an impressive spell at Roots Hall.
And Lopata has now taken to social media to express his gratitude to Blues.
He tweeted: “From the bottom of my heart I’d like to thank the staff, players and all the fans of Southend United for making my time at the club a special one.
“Thank you and good luck Shrimpers.”
Lopata, who made 18 appearances while at Blues, was on the bench for Sheffield United at Coventry City on Saturday.
