NORWICH City have activated an extension in Matt Dennis’ contract with the Canaries.
Dennis has scored eight goals in 28 games while on loan with Southend United this season.
But his parent club have now opted to activate a clause in his deal at Carrow Road.
A club statement said: “Norwich City can confirm that the club have triggered extension options in the contracts of Teemu Pukki, Todd Cantwell and Matthew Dennis.
"All three players’ deals were due to expire in the summer, but an additional one-year option has been activated in all three respective contracts.”
