SOUTHEND United defender Nathan Ralph is back in full training after recovering from a thigh problem.
Ralph has been out of action since having to be substituted against Altrincham in mid-March.
But Blues boss Kevin Maher has yet to decide whether or not to include Ralph in the squad for Sunday’s clash with Torquay United at Roots Hall.
“Nathan is back out on the grass training again which is good news but we will continue to monitor him between now and Sunday,” said Maher.
“We will see how he is before making that decision.”
The Shrimpers are currently 12th in the National League standings and will complete their first ever season at this level with Sunday’s game.
