FORMER Southend United defender Josh Coulson has joined King’s Lynn Town on a permanent basis.
Coulson ended last season on loan with King’s Lynn who were relegated from the National League.
And boss Tommy Widdrington is delighted to have the 33-year-old back at the club.
He told the club’s website: “Whilst the ultimate aim of retaining our position in The National League wasn’t achieved, I’m sure most will agree Josh immersed himself in the job at hand and quickly become a favourite in the dressing room and on the terraces.”
Coulson joined Blues last summer but made just nine appearances during an injury hit campaign before joining King’s Lynn in February.
The defender played 21 times while with King’s Lynn last season.
