SOUTHEND United will take on Ipswich Town in pre-season.
The match will take place at Portman Road on Tuesday July 26, kicking off at 7pm.
Ipswich finished 11th in League One last season and the friendly is the seventh organised by the Shrimpers ahead of the forthcoming National League campaign.
