Starting off - Southend United host Boreham Wood on the opening day of the National League season this afternoon
SOUTHEND United boss Kevin Maher has handed debuts to Dan Mooney, Harry Taylor, Cav Miley and Jake Hyde this afternoon.
The four summer signings all start against Boreham Wood on the opening day of the National League season with fellow new boys Louis Lomas, Wes Fonguck and Chris Wreh on the bench.
Southend United: Arnold, Ralph, Hobson, Kensdale, Bridge, Husin, Mooney, Clifford, Taylor, Miley, Hyde.
Subs: Lomas, Powell, Fonguck, Wreh & Crowhurst
