Moving on - Stephen Humphrys as joined Hearts on a season long loan from Wigan Athletic
FORMER Southend United striker Stephen Humphrys has joined Hearts on a season long loan from Wigan Athletic.
Humphrys scored 11 goals in 35 games, including a last gasp winner against Sunderland on the final day of the 2018/19 season to keep Blues in League One.
However, the forward will now be spending the rest of the campaign in Scotland.
And the 24-year-old is looking forward to the opportunity.
He told HeartsTV: “The facilities are incredible here.
“Fans have sold out season tickets and that gives you a feeling of the stature of the club.
"I can't wait to get going.”
