SOUTHEND United have been handed a transfer embargo after a missed payment to HMRC.
The Shrimpers are now unable to add to their squad and may not be able to extend Marcus Dackers’ loan from Salford City until the restrictions have been lifted.
Blues are currently 14th in the National League standings and host Yeovil Town at Roots Hall tomorrow.
